  • Fellowship – The Fellowship ministries of our church focus on connecting people to Christ through building relationships with those in our church and our community by developing special programs, events, and trips. Events include hiking, sailing, bowling, Harvest Party, Not a New Year’s Party, Pick up the Pike, and much more!
  • Finance – This team is responsible to ensure that the finances of the church are managed with the understanding of biblical stewardship and fiscal management of all church resources. Responsibilities include budget, payment of bills, financial planning, and communication to the congregation on church finances.
  • Hospitality – This team ensures that the all feel welcome, to greet visitors, guests, and members in a way to make them feel comfortable as they participate in our worship services and events. To express warmth, generosity, and kindness to our visitors, guests, and members by creating and maintaining a hospitable environment that is open, friendly, and sociable.
  • Ministry Action Team – Members consist of the leaders of all the other committees of the church. This administrative board is responsible for charge conference responsibilities, planning, goals setting, implementation and evaluation of ministry to fulfill the mission and vision of the congregation.
  • Memorial – Administers monetary gifts made to the church in honor of loved ones. This team coordinates with donors to ensure that gifts made are used in accordance with their wishes, acknowledgement of the gifts are made, and that proper accounting is maintained.
  • Missions and Partnership – Guides the congregation to spread the gospel message of God’s love through witness and service in the community and the world. Plans or mission service opportunities for all ages and all stages of faith so that people live a Christian disciple transforming the world.
  • Staff-Parish Relations – Works to build a strong positive relationship between staff and congregation so that the congregation makes disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. This committee will work with the pastor and other staff to fulfill legal and ethical responsibilities related to staff.
  • Trustees – Function as Christian stewards of property God has entrusted to the congregation. This includes supervising and maintaining both the physical property of the congregation and gifts made to the congregation so that the ministries of the congregation can be effective, and all legal requirements related to the property are satisfied.
  • Worship – works with the pastor to provide opportunities for worship celebrations that focus on God and help people of all ages grow in their understanding of the gospel and become better equipment for daily living as faithful disciples. Responsible for recruiting of Lay Leaders, Users, Communion set-up, sanctuary décor, and worship assistants.
