IMPORTANT UPDATE (again) – In Person Worship Postponed Until a Later Date

Due to the very low registration for the in-person worship as well as the recent uptick in Montgomery County COVID-19 cases, we are postponing in-person worship until a later date. The leadership team will meet next weekend, and we will keep you updated. Please stay safe, and thank you for your patience. See you at the 9:30 Facebook Live service.

Facebook Live Worship—Sunday, July 12th, at 9:30 a.m. (The Usual Time!)

Please join us as we again worship through Facebook Live. Use this link to watch the service. And please consider passing it along.

Scripture for Reflection – James 1:2-4

My brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance; and let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing.

Heavenly Father, we have moments of gratitude in this time. We also have moments of frustration. Annual events and vacations continue to be cancelled or to become something different from what we are used to. It feels like we need these events as they give us a sense of place. So as they are cancelled or as they change, we find ourselves a bit on edge at times. Help us endure. We give you thanks for the struggles and trials of today which you promise will help bring the blessings of tomorrow. We give you thanks that it is your will and you desire, that we be lacking in nothing. Amen.
